Human-AI Operating Model

Design the organization your next decade requires.

Symetrec helps enterprises design the human-AI operating model that enables Flux-certified professionals to operate at their full capability -- org structure, workflow architecture, AI governance, and change management.

The engagement

More than a strategy. A working system.

Most the Crossing efforts fail not because of technology -- but because of operating model. The tools are deployed. The training is completed. And then nothing changes, because the organizational structures, workflows, and governance models were not redesigned to enable the new capability.

A Symetrec Human-AI Operating Model engagement is a structured advisory engagement that produces a designed, implementable operating model -- not a slide deck strategy. We work with your leadership team to design the roles, workflows, governance structures, and change management approach that enable human-AI professionals to operate at their full Flux-certified capability.

Engagements are led by Certified Flux Consulting Partners -- practitioners who have themselves been assessed at Flux-4 or higher, and who have designed and implemented human-AI operating models in enterprise contexts.

The output is not a recommendation. It is a system -- role definitions, workflow maps, governance policies, a change management plan, and a 90-day implementation roadmap that your team can execute.

On operating models

The organizations that win the next decade will not be the ones that deployed AI first. They will be the ones that redesigned their operating models to enable the people who use it best.

Engagement scope

Four components. One integrated system.

Component 01

Role Architecture

Redesign roles for the human-AI operating environment. Which roles stay as-is. Which are augmented. Which are restructured around AI capability. Which new roles are needed. A complete role architecture for the Flux-certified organization.

Component 02

Workflow Design

Map the workflows that matter most and redesign them around human-AI collaboration. Where does AI augment the human. Where does it automate. Where does human judgment remain irreplaceable. Documented workflow maps for every critical process.

Component 03

AI Governance Framework

The policies, guardrails, and accountability structures that enable responsible AI deployment at scale. Tool selection criteria, data handling policies, output review protocols, and escalation frameworks -- designed for your industry and regulatory context.

Component 04

Change Management Plan

The human side of the Crossing -- which is usually where it fails. A structured change management plan covering communication strategy, training sequencing, resistance management, and the cultural shifts that make the operating model actually work.

How it works

A structured engagement with defined deliverables.

01

Discovery and scoping

A structured discovery process with your leadership team -- understanding your current operating model, your AI maturity, your strategic priorities, and the specific outcomes you need from this engagement.

2 weeks
02

Assessment and analysis

We assess your current state: capability levels, workflow structures, governance gaps, and change readiness. This includes stakeholder interviews, workflow observation, and a Workforce Flux Assessment for key roles.

3 weeks
03

Design and development

We design the target operating model across all four components -- role architecture, workflow design, governance framework, and change management plan. Draft deliverables are reviewed with your leadership team.

4 weeks
04

Readout and implementation roadmap

A full readout of the designed operating model with your leadership team. We deliver the complete deliverable package and a 90-day implementation roadmap with clear ownership and milestones.
