Workforce Flux Assessment

Understand where your team stands.

The Workforce Flux Assessment measures your organization's current human-AI capability against the Flux Standard -- by role, by team, by function. You get a capability map, a gap analysis, and a development roadmap.

What you get

A capability map you can act on.

Most organizations have no systematic way to measure human-AI capability. They know AI is being used -- but not how well, not by whom, not at what level, and not where the gaps are. The Workforce Flux Assessment changes that.

Deliverable 01

Capability Map

A visual map of your organization's human-AI capability by role, team, and function. Shows current Flux-equivalent levels across your workforce -- where you are strong, where you are not, and where the gaps matter most.

Deliverable 02

Gap Analysis

A structured analysis of the gap between your current capability and where your organization needs to be. Benchmarked against the Flux Standard and against comparable organizations in your industry.

Deliverable 03

Development Roadmap

A prioritized roadmap for closing the capability gaps that matter most. Includes recommended Flux certification paths, microcredential programs, and timeline projections for reaching target capability levels.

Deliverable 04

Executive Summary

A board-ready executive summary of your organization's human-AI capability position -- designed for leadership communication, board reporting, and investor discussions.

The process

Four steps. Four weeks.

01

Scoping call

A 60-minute discovery call with your HR, operations, or strategy leadership. We define the assessment scope -- which roles, which teams, which functions -- and align on what a good outcome looks like for your organization.

02

Individual assessments

Participants complete a structured Flux assessment -- a combination of the Flux Challenge format and a role-specific capability interview. Assessments are conducted online, on the participant's schedule, over a two-week window.

03

Analysis and synthesis

Symetrec analyzes results against the Flux Standard rubric. We build the capability map, gap analysis, and development roadmap. This takes approximately one week after assessment completion.

04

Readout and roadmap

A 90-minute readout session with your leadership team. We present findings, walk through the roadmap, and answer questions. The full deliverable package is provided in writing within 48 hours of the readout.
