Hold an active Flux-3 Artisan credential or higher. At least one principal or staff trainer must be a verified Flux credential holder.
Complete the Symetrec CFTP application and onboarding review. Applications are reviewed within 10 business days.
Submit your training curriculum or course outline for Symetrec review. Content must align with the Flux Standard framework.
Sign the Symetrec Licensed Training Partner agreement. This governs brand usage, curriculum standards, and quality requirements.
Pay the annual licensing fee. Fees are due at approval and annually on the renewal date.
Maintain your Flux credential. If your credential lapses, your CFTP status is suspended until renewal.
Deliver the minimum annual training requirement. Solo trainers: 2 engagements. Organizations: 5 engagements.
